Seroppian House
Margaret Seroppian lives in a good sized home on Robia Avenue in the City Of Coral Gables. The home was built in the late 1950’s and Margaret has owned it for about 10 years. Concerned with both the environment and her energy bills Margaret contacted Green Energy Products to help update her home and make it more energy efficient. With older homes it is often necessary to update some of the electrical and to replace the circuit box – obviously an investment in your homes infrastructure that will payoff regardless, whether it’s for safety reasons (old electrical wires and connections) or simply for re-sale value. In Margaret’s case she chose to take the route for a complete home re-wiring and a new fuse box. Green Energy Products helped walk her through the steps and manage the contractors and the permitting process. With the upgrade electric, the installation of the GESPER and a tankless waterheater, to date we have been able to reduce her energy consumption and likewise her electric bill by 20%.

Newton House
The Newton's home is yet another example of the success of our products and our approach. 3669 Thomas Ave Coconut Grove
Green Energy Products is proud to announce that it will be consulting on the renovation of 3669 Thomas Avenue in Coconut Grove an 18 unit low income multi-family building in the heart of the South West Coconut Grove. The neighborhood has primarily low income homes. Green Energy Products will be advising the developer how to help "green" the building while still keeping it as an affordable rental after construction is completed. This is a wonderful project for us simply because we would like to show everyone that building and renovating in an environmentally responsible manner is affordable for all. 3669 Thomas will be using our Hy-Tech paint as a roofing solution to help keep the building cool, all units will be outfitted with tankless water heaters and every unit will have a Green Switch System installed as a master controller for the units power management. In addition, Green Energy Products will be advising on flooring options, interior paint solutions, interior lighting and solar energy lighting for the public spaces, landscaping and much, much more. What we are hoping to accomplish is that by keeping the energy and water costs for the tenants as low as possible this will allow them to pay a slightly higher rent to cover the added cost of these improvements-thereby not taking any more cash out of their pockets and being a healthier and happier place to live.

3001 North Bay Road Miami Beach
3001 North Bay Road represents the perfect case study for how we go about our business. "Going Green" can be expensive, confusing and overwhelming. We take a gradual, tiered approach to the process by first doing a survey of your office or place of business and then recommending solutions to fit your needs. With 3001 we started small, first installing our GESPER unit which helps to regulate the flow of electricity coming into the home, acts as a whole home surge protector and absorbs excess heat in the lines, allowing your appliances to perform better and longer. Our next step was to re-paint the roof with our reflective ceramic Hy-Tech paint which reflects heat from the home, lowering A/C loads. With lighting upgrades and a Green Switch power management system virtually all "wasted or phantom power" was eliminated which allowed us to pinpoint the actual power needs for the home. There is a frightening amount of power that we consume that we really don’t need, part of our philosophy is to reduce your energy consumption without effecting the comfort level at which you are used to living and working. Our final step which we are in the process of permitting is to eventually take the home "Off Grid" enabling it to be completely self sufficient year round. The home will still be hooked up to Florida Power and Light, but it’s primary power source will be solar. Deel Volvo Miami Florida
Deel Volvo of Miami, one of the nations premier dealerships located at 3650 Bird Road in Miami Florida and encompasses roughly 10,000 sq ft under roof in three buildings. The dealerships owner approached us looking to reduce his energy bills which fluctuated from $165,000 to $168,000 annually. Green-Energy-Products was able to do the survey on his property in about a day. After performing our survey we were able to determine the best locations to install our GESPER units to treat the dealerships electrical system and achieve the maximum reduction in energy consumption. As with all of our clients we always recommend starting small to see what changes we can effect over the course of two or three months. To date with only the GESPER installed we are already showing a reduction in the properties energy consumption of up to 20%. In the first 90 days we are showing savings above $2000 a month which will give the dealership a return on investment in less than eight months. As the rest of the new year progresses GEP will be monitoring his energy usage and suggesting further changes to help reduce the dealerships environmental impact.

Domino's Franchisee
It goes without saying that restaurants are big consumers of electricity – lights, kitchen equipment, computers, alarm systems, HVAC systems. Vigil Ventures is a franchisee of multiple Domino’s restaurants throughout Texas. After testing out one GESPER unit in one of their shops and witnessing for themselves the reduction in electrical consumption, the owner decided to install them in all of his shops. Average reduction throughout his stores was greater than 20%. - Please note: the attached letter references Circuit Rider and CR-Max – Circuit Rider is the manufacturer of the GESPER units and CR-Max is the old trade name of the GESPER. Green-Energy-Products is the Florida dealer for Circuit Rider and the GESPER is the latest technological upgrade of the CR-Max unit.

Hy-Tech Pinecrest Success
Hurricane Wilma caused severe damaged to my home and my insurance company paid me $9000 after my deductible. I had estimates of $35,000 for all repairs of which my roofing estimate was for $15,000 for re-roofing . I realized that even if I replaced my roof with asphalt shingles that the next time a hurricane came along the shingles would be blown off again. So, I felt that I had to find an alternative solution to reroofing. . After researching many roofing solutions I decided that Hy-Tech cool roof solution was the method that would meet my goals of reducing my energy costs and completely seal my roof making it hurricane and water proof. Here is the method to complete the job. I replaced the missing shingles , then we applied a primer/sealer coat of #1220 Bond– it to insure adhesion. Then we applied two coats of Roof Guard a bright white high build elastomeric roof coating based on the latest chemical technology and fortified with Hy-Tech insulating ceramic microspheres. This bright white high build formula is designed to insulate, seal, waterproof, soundproof and protect. The thick rubber-like ceramic reinforced shield expands and contracts with varying hot and cold temperatures plus resists thermal shock. Roof Guard offers superior mildew resistance, soundproofing, UV ray reflectivity, corrosion resistance and a beautiful insulating finish. We finished the job with Elastoseal a Clear Acrylic Elastomeric Sealant designed to seal and protect roofing materials and reflective roof coatings. So what did it finally cost here is the breakdown. The average cost per square foot for this roof coating system is Bond it Primer = .13 ~ Roof Guard, 2 coats = .50 ~ Elastoseal 1 coat .23 ~ Total .86 per square foot. My roof is 2600 sq ft. so the materials were $2236 plus two bundles of asphalt shingles $50.00 and the labor to apply the shingles and paint total job cost was $4436.00. Saving me $10,564.00
